It is a rare and rare fruit in the south of China. It matures in the late spring and early summer, and it is the season when the most fresh fruit is lacking in the middle of the year. In recent years, the production of alfalfa has developed rapidly in our province, Fujian and Zhejiang. Because the multi-core and edible parts of the capsule are less, which affects the value of the commodity to a certain extent, the development of the non-nuclear nucleus has become an urgent technical problem for the production of cockroaches. This issue has been studied at home and abroad for more than a decade. And initially achieved success. The main technology is briefly introduced for reference by the producers.

First, cultivate strong trees and rationally retain fruit. Robust plants are the basis for the production of high yields. Therefore, the fertilizer should be applied and the seeds should be properly trimmed to promote the results and the quality. The fruit hanging should be reasonable every year, so that the vegetative growth is relatively balanced with the growth of life and death, avoiding the tree weakness due to excessive fruiting, affecting the weight and quality of the fruit.

Second, spray gibberellin to treat flower spikes. Spraying flower spikes with gibberellin can induce the production of seedless fruits. According to research reports, the ratio of non-nucleus to gibberellin treatment is small, but it is closely related to treatment time. Treatment of unflowered flower buds with gibberellin can yield more than 95% non-nuclear rate; in the full bloom period, the rate of non-nuclear fruit is about 70%; after treatment with Xiehua, the rate of non-nuclear fruit is about 40%. It can be seen that the bud period of the treatment time of the nucleus-producing sputum to produce the seedless fruit is suitable, and the concentration can be 250 ppm-1000 ppm. Producers should first select the appropriate treatment concentration after a small area test.

The gibberellin + benzyl hydrazine promotes fruit enlargement. Since the fruit must be supplied with certain hormones due to the development of the fruit, the quinone is treated with gibberellin to form a seedless fruit. The fruit lacks the hormone synthesized by the seed, resulting in the fruit becoming smaller and unable to form a commercial fruit. The use of exogenous plant growth regulators to supplement the deficiency of endogenous hormones is a convenient solution. After the application of gibberellin to form parthenocarpy and increase the fruit setting rate, the combination of benzyl hydrazine and hydrazine acetic acid can make the fruit develop normally and the fruit shape does not change. The general practice is to spray gibberellin, benzyl hydrazine and hydrazine acetic acid after scented flowers. The use concentration is generally GA3300ppm, 6-BA100ppm, FAA100ppm; or GA3300ppm, 6-BA300ppm, IAA20ppm, the effect is better.

Fourth, the problems that should be paid attention to in production.

1. Since the flowering period is inconsistent, 100% of the non-nuclear fruit cannot be produced after the above treatment;

2. The non-nucleus is easy to fall off during the color change period, and the gibberellin treatment can be used to increase the seed setting rate;

3. Reasonable flower thinning and fruit thinning, reducing nutrient consumption, and promoting the expansion of non-nuclear fruit;

4, large-scale production of no stone, should be a small area of ​​experiment, after gaining experience and then further application.
