Notice of the 2017 National Abrasives Standardization Work Conference and Standards Review Conference

All committee members, consultants, observers and relevant units:
According to the relevant requirements of the standardization work and the arrangement of the work plan of the National Abrasives Standardization Technical Committee in 2017, combined with the progress of the standard revision project, the research will be held in Chongqing from October 17 to 21, 2017. The annual working meeting and standard review meeting of each technical committee will be held.
In order to ensure the smooth completion of the standardization work in 2017 and the orderly development of the standardization work in 2018, members and relevant personnel are requested to arrange their work in advance, and they must attend the meeting on time (the members' attendance at the meeting will serve as an important basis for the appraisal committee members and committee members. Members who do not have a special reason to attend the meeting may, at their discretion, entrust other comrades who are familiar with the opinions of the person and who are familiar with the standardization work to participate, but the entrusted person must carry his power of attorney in the form of Annex 1). I. Content of the meeting 1. Review of the work report The Secretariat will be the 2017 work report of the Standards Committee and the report on the income and expenditure, which will be reviewed by all participants.
2. Standard review The standard revision project that has formed a review draft has been formed.
3. Work plan discussion The subcommittees discuss the 2018 work plan.

VII. Notes 1. In order to facilitate the scheduling of meetings and preparation of meeting materials, all units are required to fill in the “Conference Receipt” (Annex 2) after receiving the notice of the meeting, and must fax it to the Secretariat of the Standards Committee before September 30th. Participants who have overdue receipts or non-returned holders will be charged an additional 200 yuan for conference fees.
2. Due to the peak period of the meeting, participants are advised to customize the return ticket in advance (after 18:00 on the 21st).
