How to maintain the hydraulic system

The system is generally flushed before being officially put into use. The purpose of the flushing is to remove contaminants, metal chips, fiber compounds, iron cores, etc. remaining in the system. In the first two hours of operation, even if the system is not completely damaged, Caused a series of failures. So you should follow the steps below to clean the system oil circuit:

1) Clean the tank with an easy-to-dry cleaning solvent and remove the solvent residue with filtered air.

2) Clean all piping in the system. In some cases, the piping and joints need to be impregnated.

3) Install oil filter in the pipeline to protect the oil supply line and pressure line of the valve.

4) Install a flushing plate on the current collector instead of a precision valve, such as an electro-hydraulic servo valve.

5) Check that all pipe sizes are appropriate and that the connections are correct.

If the electro-hydraulic servo valve is used in the system, I may wish to say a few more words. The servo valve has to flush the plate so that the oil can flow from the oil supply pipe to the current collector and directly return to the fuel tank, so that the oil can be repeatedly circulated. To flush the system, let the oil filter filter out the solid particles. During the rinsing process, check the oil filter for 1 to 2 hours to prevent the oil filter from being blocked by the pollutants. At this time, the bypass should not be opened. If the oil filter starts to clog. Just change the oil filter.

The cycle of rinsing is determined by the structure of the system and the degree of contamination of the system. If the sample of the filter media has no or very little foreign pollutants, install a new oil filter, remove the rinsing plate, and install the valve!

Planned maintenance: Establish a system maintenance system, and recommend a better maintenance system for the hydraulic system as follows:

1) Check and replace the oil filter for up to 500 hours or three months.

2) Regularly flush the inlet oil filter of the oil pump.

3) Check that the hydraulic oil is contaminated by acidification or other contaminants. The smell of the hydraulic oil can roughly identify whether it has deteriorated.

4) Repair the leak in the system.

5) Make sure that no foreign particles enter the tank from the venting cap of the tank, the plug of the oil filter, the sealing gasket of the return line, and other openings in the tank.
