Draft of "Ambient Air Quality Standard" Releases Emission Reduction Demand for Chemical Enterprises

Draft of "Ambient Air Quality Standard" released December 30, China Meteorological Administration released the results of the “Top Ten Weather and Domestic Climate Events in 2011”:

2011 Top Ten Weather and Climate Events in China In January and June, droughts and floods in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River drastically changed.
2 In the summer and autumn of southwest China, the precipitation is abnormally low in the summer and autumn, “the water is expensive,” and the drought is serious.
3 The strong precipitation in the local area caused many cities to have “seascape”.
4 The average annual precipitation is the lowest in 60 years.
5 In the summer, southwest and other places were frequently hit by high-temperature heat waves, and many places broke through the historical extremes of high temperature.
6 Frequent haze weather, continuous weather warnings, and continuous obstruction of traffic.
7 Typhoon "Plum Blossom" path is abnormal, affecting 9 provinces (cities).
8 There is less precipitation in spring, and the level of air-dried and dry fire insurance is high.
9 Solar activity has become increasingly frequent and has dramatically affected the planet.
10 “West China Autumn Rain” is the highest in 36 years, and rare autumn plagues occur in many rivers.

Among them, hazy weather was selected as the top ten weather and climate events in China. The main factor that causes "deafness" is the dry dust particles suspended in the air.

On the 30th, Zhou Shengxian, Minister of the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection, presided over the MEP Executive Meeting to review and in principle pass the "Ambient Air Quality Standard." To a certain extent, the standard is specifically aimed at the revision of PM2.5, which is closely related to "Heaven". The newly revised standards adjusted pollutants items and limits, added PM2.5 average concentration limits and ozone 8-hour average concentration limits, and tightened the concentration limits of pollutants such as PM10 and nitrogen dioxide.

After discussion, the meeting agreed in principle to the revised Ambient Air Quality Standard. Compared with the current standard, the revised draft standard made some adjustments:
First, the classification scheme for ambient air functional areas has been adjusted, and the three types of districts (specific industrial zones) have been merged into the second category (residential areas identified in urban planning, commercial traffic residential mixed zones, cultural zones, general industrial zones, and rural areas) ;
The second is to adjust the pollutants items and limit values, add the PM2.5 average concentration limit and the ozone 8-hour average concentration limit, and tighten the pollutants such as PM10, nitrogen dioxide, lead, and benzo[a]pyrene. Concentration limit
The third is to tighten the validity of the statistics of monitoring data, and increase the effective data requirement from 50% to 75% to 75% to 90%;
The fourth is to update the analytical method standards for dioxide*, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, and particulates, and increase the number of automatic monitoring and analysis methods;
The fifth is to clarify the standard implementation time. The new standard is stipulated and implemented in batches in batches.

It is not difficult to see from the above adjustments that the environmental protection department will step up efforts to detect PM2.5 emission companies in 2012. The chemical industry with the highest degree of correlation will be the first to bear the brunt of the pollution sources and industries that directly and indirectly involve PM2.5 emissions, including thermal power and petroleum. Refining, organic chemicals, iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, cement, ceramics, glass, paint, gas stations, dry cleaning, catering, etc. will all be monitored. How to detect, how to publish, how to improve, and how our 2012 will come, let us wait and see.

Apron Sink

The apron sink front protrudes slightly from the supporting cabinets, eliminating countertops that cause users to lean forward and over-stress. At the same time, this practical design helps prevent cabinet damage. We also support custom handmade sinks, so sinks can be customized to the size and color you need.
