Puketian is one of the three major oil and gas production bases built by Zhongyuan Oilfield and an important resource replacement site for the Zhongyuan Oilfield. As the largest marine phase gasification field currently discovered in China, the hydrogen content of the P** gas reservoir is as high as 15%. However, the high-acid field is like a coin, bringing with it world-class development and construction challenges. On the other hand, it also “gifts” the chemical products that are in short supply in China.

For the purpose of detoxification, Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant has introduced foreign advanced and mature de-*, dehydration, *yellow recycling and * yellow molding process devices. Among them, the * yellow forming device adopts the wet forming process, and one set of the device can produce 90 tons of solid* hour per hour, and the four devices can be used at the same time to meet the requirement of 4500 tons liquid * forming per day.

In the past year since Pujitian was put into full operation, the problem of “acclimatization” and “congenitally deficient” in the introduction of equipment has gradually been exposed. For this reason, Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant constantly explores the “property” of the equipment and prioritizes its problems. Transformation. Since the beginning of this year, the plant has not thoroughly degassed the combined device fluid*, has caused corrosion to the molding device, has caused series of problems such as spontaneous combustion of ferrous oxide, developed a degassing cause and degassing mechanism troubleshooting plan, and degassed the influent liquid*. The factors were investigated on a case-by-case basis and actively communicated with the Sinopec Engineering Construction Company to complete pilot reforms. The storage and transportation workshop focused on the hidden dangers of belt scattering and actively tackled the problem. It independently developed a sweeper to reduce the amount of scattering by half and ensure the smooth operation of the yellow production.

The yellow color produced by Puketian is separated from high-contained* natural gas. Compared with * yellow extracted from minerals, it has high conversion rate, good quality, and high purity. With the gradual increase in the production of P**T* and Yellow, the advantage of resources in the Dazhou region has become a gold sign for investment promotion. This year, Guizhou Yifu Group invested 4 billion yuan to build a large-scale phosphorus* chemical base. Pukuda will provide 400,000 tons of liquid* every year, making the base's annual sales revenue more than 5 billion yuan.

At present, Puketian* yellow products are sold well in Hubei, Chongqing, Guizhou, and other areas, promoting the steady development of the chemical fertilizer industry in the central and western regions, and making positive contributions to stabilizing the prices of agricultural products such as domestic fertilizers, promoting the steady development of agriculture, and consolidating the foundation for the development of the national economy. . The unique resource advantage also accelerates the process of Dazhou City undertaking industrial transfer and developing new industries.
