Further suppressing high energy-consuming industries Xu Mingming said that in 2015, the target of non-fossil energy will be 280 million tons of standard coal for hydropower, 90 million tons of standard coal for nuclear power, and 100 million tons of other renewable and new energy sources. . The central enterprises took the opportunity to expand new energy business. It is understood that with the gradual improvement of the expected value of non-fossil energy in the “12th Five-Year Plan” at the decision-making level, since 2011, major energy central enterprises have also vigorously expanded new energy business segments such as wind power under pressure. .

Feng Shuchen, general manager of Guodian Power, said that as of June 30, 2011, the company’s power generation capacity had reached 30,059,800 kilowatts, of which thermal power, hydropower, and wind power had a combined installed capacity of 22,374,000 kilowatts, 6,852,800 kilowatts, and 1,359,000 kilowatts. According to statistics released by the State Electricity Regulatory Commission on the 2010 Annual Power Generation Business Report, the top eight wind power installed capacity in 2010 were all state-owned enterprises. Excluding Guodian Power, which ranks first with 8.97 million kilowatts, the China Shenhua Group and China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group (Weibo), which are not the main power business, also ranked fourth and seventh with 2.06 million kilowatts and 1.34 million kilowatts of installed capacity.

According to the State Electricity Regulatory Commission's report on the "2010 National Power Transaction and Market Regulation Supervision Report," which was released a few days ago, at the end of 2010, a total of 94 power plants were directly commissioned nationwide, and the total generating capacity of captive power plants was 166.8 billion kwh. 1.47 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity on the grid accounted for 8.8% of its total electricity generation.

According to relevant data reported by various power companies, of the 94 direct-input power plants in China, more than half do not obtain power generation business licenses, which are unlicensed operations. Among them, Inner Mongolia and Shandong provinces do not obtain power service permits for self-contained power supplies. The proportion of power plants is high.
