When using prefabricated reinforced concrete roof slabs, the following points should be made
(1) Roof panel installation
First check the quality, elevation and slope of the support of the shelving roof panel, and clean the sweep. Check the model and factory certificate of the prefabricated board; check the appearance of the board and the quality of the plug to reject the unqualified product; remove the floating ash of the board, the mud, and the both ends of the watering wet version. Before the board is in place, first pull the installation line on the support to ensure that the end of the board is neat. Use 1:2.5 cement mortar to lay the seat slurry of the board resting point. If the bonding point is poor, it will weaken the hinge effect of the simple support plate, increase the deformation in the plate, and easily cause cracks. To keep the longitudinal seams uniform, the end seams should be neat.
(2) Sinking seam (refers to the long seam of the parallel plate)
Support the pallet under the slats. When the slat width is ≥20mm, fill with 1:3 cement mortar, the seam width is >21mm, and fill with C30 fine stone concrete or micro-expansion concrete with sand content of not less than 42%. Seam. Before the filling, it is necessary to sweep the clean seams, water the plants, and brush the pure cement slurry on both sides of the joints. When concrete is poured, it should be carefully inserted and compacted. After the filling, the upper mouth should be flattened, watered along the seams every other day, and the joints should be inspected to be watertight. If there is a serious leak, it is proved that the joint is not filled with compaction. Built to be compact. Because the unsewed joints cannot transmit the shear force, the roof structural layer will not reach the overall effect and will crack along the parallel joints and leak. Filling dense seams is also a line of defense for roofing waterproofing.
(2) End seam
It is best to embed a polystyrene or polyethylene foam board with a thickness of 10 to 15 mm and the same height as the roof panel in the end seam of the board, and then fill the gap with 1:3 cement mortar to heat the roof panel. There is room for the deformation of the temperature difference between expansion and contraction, and it is one of the measures to prevent the daughter wall from being pushed and cracked at both ends.
