Application of Delta Automation Technology in the Transformation of Track Engineering Welding Machine

1 INTRODUCTION <br> The rails of rail and rail transit are welded at the engineering site, and finally the short steel rails of 50 meters in length are welded into long-distance seamless rails. At the scene, the gas pressure welding technology and equipment used in the joint welding have been completed. The manual operation type of air pressure welding equipment has been used for the past 20 years. The process and process are completely judged by the experience of the construction personnel and the eyesight. The upsetting and pushing work steps are inconsistent. After the top forging is completed, the pressure can be released and the pressure must be released. The disadvantage is that the temperature of the rail weld is still around 1200 °C at this moment, and the metal atoms in the weld are in a plastic state of mutual recrystallization and recrystallization. Pushing the convexity will seriously affect the recrystallization effect, lowering the quality of the bottom welding, and slightly delaying the temperature at the weld seam, especially in the winter, the construction is more obvious, and even the convexity or the weld seam cannot be pushed open, the human factor is too much and it is difficult to maintain the welding. Parameter consistency.

2 system principle design

In response to the above problems, a mobile small air rail automatic welding machine transformation project was proposed. The whole set of equipment adopts modular design and maintains pressure and pushes. The whole welding process is controlled by the programmable logic controller (PLC). The oxygen and acetylene flow control adopts PID adjustment, the human-machine interface completes parameter setting, screen monitoring, USB port data dump, and operation count recording and printing. Overcome the influence of human factors and ambient temperature on welding quality, reduce operator and labor intensity. Baozheng welding quality continues to be stable. The system composition is shown in Figure 1.
