On many large machine tools (such as: planer, vertical lathe), the tool holder feed function is very important, which directly determines the processing accuracy of the equipment. Taking the gantry planer as an example, there are two main methods for the gantry of the gantry planer. One is the traditional “mechanical cutter box†method, and the other is the more popular “timed feed†method. The first type is not high precision and expensive. The second type of precision is lower, and the inverter, time relay and other investments are added in the implementation. In this case, when the planer achieves the planing, the operator generally adopts the manual feed method, and each measurement is performed once, which greatly reduces the work efficiency. The servo system can be used to solve this problem, but in the general sense, the servo system faces two difficulties in implementation. One is the high price, the servo controller and the servo motor are used. The second is that the servo system generally needs the control of the upper computer, which increases The cost has increased the technical difficulty.
In response to this situation, Time Technology Co., Ltd. uses an AC asynchronous servo control system developed by itself. The 32-bit microprocessor can accurately control the speed, position and torque of the asynchronous motor. The most distinctive feature is that it has an open PLC function, which can no longer rely on the upper computer to work independently as a system, saving costs. The time servo system design is targeted, adapts to all current gantry control systems, and can increase milling and grinding functions. The installation is flexible and can work directly with the original circuit, and is suitable for the transformation of the gantry planer and the production enterprise.
After adopting the system, the tool holder can realize large-scale speed regulation in the continuous working state, thereby realizing the horizontal milling function; when the tool holder is in the intermittent working state, the accurate feeding can be realized, the precision can reach within 5μ, and the cutting amount can be achieved. The setting method is also very flexible, and can be set by analog quantity, digital quantity, jog potentiometer or touch screen; it can be adjusted manually, the MPG function will greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, and the quantitative adjustment is more accurate.
Second, the function introduction
The function of the time servo feed mechanism:
· Continuous feed function Time servo servo speed ratio is greater than 1:5000, speed accuracy is ±0.02%, smooth output of low speed and high torque can easily achieve slow feed of the tool holder, thus meeting the requirements of milling feed, simplifying the past The design of the mechanical high and low speed gears meets the requirements of the planer and milling machine.
It has a fast function of gantry milling for easy milling operations.
· The intermittent feed function position control is accurate, the motor positioning accuracy is ±1P (0.036°), which can realize accurate feed control. The feed accuracy can be within 5μ according to the screw precision.
The setting of the feed amount is flexible, including analog quantity, digital quantity, jog potentiometer, touch screen, etc., to adapt to various high and low end applications.
