The shape of large granular urea is spherical, and its sphericity is higher than that of foreign imported technology. For the same production capacity, the construction cost of the granulation technology is much lower than that of foreign imported technology, and the operation process is easy.
Second, the characteristics
The low-pressure fan is used to provide fluidized air, and the fluidized bed has high heat transfer efficiency, low equipment cost and low energy consumption.
The unique exhaust gas treatment method eliminates the huge and complicated exhaust gas washing system.
The product has a uniform particle size and eliminates the oversized particle crushing system.
The particle size of the product can be adjusted arbitrarily according to market demand. It can produce spherical particles larger than 10mm. It can be used for multi-layer and multi-component coating to produce slow release and controlled release of large granular urea or compound fertilizer.
The fine urea droplets are continuously coated and grown on the surface of the dynamic particles, and are cooled layer by layer from the inside to the outside. The particle strength is high and the sphericity is high.
