Slide wire installation method: generally use the upper slide and the side slide two kinds, as shown below.
Mounting Bracket: In principle, the bracket should be installed perpendicular to the rails. All brackets should be level with the crane rails. The installation clearance is set at 3m. To ensure the straight line of the rigid body sliding line, the longitudinal error of the bracket installation shall not exceed 1cm, and the lateral error shall not exceed 2cm.
Install the insulator assembly: Fix the insulator assembly on the reserved clearance hole of the bracket to ensure that the insulator is straight.
Install the rigid body slide wire: First, loosen the platen screw on the insulator assembly, place the rigid body slide wire on the rigid body seat, and then tighten the platen screw. The rigid body slide wire should be placed in the middle of the bracket and the bracket (see the figure below).
Connect the slide wire: Fix the rigid wire at both ends with a special splint for connection, and tighten the screw to ensure that the slide wire joint is flat. Note that the length of the slide wire connecting splint is 22 cm, and the joint gap after connecting is 3-5 (mm). The connection of the trolley wire is shown in the figure below
There should be gaps at the connections. The gap dimensions are shown in the following table:

The size of the reserved gap is related to the ambient temperature during installation. Generally, the high value is used during the winter installation and the low value during the summer installation.
Installation temperature compensation device: In order to prevent the expansion caused by the temperature change of the rigid body, the temperature compensation device is generally designed for the rigid body slide wire. During installation, the temperature compensation device is connected with a special splint (25cm in length) fixed on the reserved clearance holes at both ends of the rigid body sliding wire (see figure). In order to ensure that the rigid body slid wire expands and contracts under the temperature change, the connection screw cannot be tightened and adopted. Double nut fastening, after the completion of the temperature compensation device connected to the cable to be fixed.
Sectional overhaul and isolation devices: Sectional inspection and isolation devices are made of epoxy resin insulation board, and the installation location is determined according to the design requirements.
Current collector installation: The current collector fixed bracket is manufactured on site according to the site installation conditions. Then the current collector is fixed. After the installation is completed, the current collector pressure limiting piece should be put down to ensure that the brush and the sliding plane are in good pressure.
Auxiliary cable clamp installation: Auxiliary current clamps should generally be installed on both sides of the slide.
Power supply terminal installation: The power supply terminal is installed at the connection of rigid body slide wire.
Rigid Body Sliding Line Configuration
1. The standard length of each JGH rigid body contact line is 6 meters. Each set is equipped with 3 sets of insulators and 1 splice plate.
2. Current collector, power supply, maintenance section, and expansion section (100 meters are not considered), and the brackets are configured as required.
