The welded assembly shown in Figure 1 is welded from three parts. After the parts 2 and 3 are welded to the part 1, the end face P must be added, and the size of 116_(-0.2)~0 mm is ensured, and then the M4 screw hole is machined. Part 1 is stamped from a 2mm thick steel plate. Because it is batch production, a fixture is needed to hold the workpiece. The profiled surface in the fixture is designed according to the inner profile of the part 1, as shown in Figure 2.
