1, the power indicator does not light after power on
Possible causes: warranty burnout, main power failure, transformer damage, circuit board damage, other line failure
Remedy: Replace the insurance, check the main power supply, replace the transformer, worse the circuit board, check other circuits
2, after power-on, the machine reverse indicator light is on, the buzzer has no alarm
Possible causes: The main power phase sequence is wrong, the main power supply is out of phase, the internal wiring of the machine is wrong, and the main control board is damaged.
Remedy: Swap any two lines of the main power supply, check the main power supply voltage, check the internal wiring, and replace the main control board.
3. After the pump is turned on, the low liquid level indicator lights up and the pump does not start.
Possible reasons: The fuel tank heat is insufficient after kerosene, the water supply pressure is insufficient (2KGF/CM2), and the low pressure value is set too high.
Remedy: If you want to add hot kerosene to the fuel tank until the alarm stops, increase the water pressure until the alarm stops. Reset the low pressure switch until the alarm
4, oil temperature machine overload alarm
Possible cause: The overload current protector is not adjusted enough, and the air switch burns out the phase.
Remedy: Check the current. If the current is normal, increase the current control of the overload current protector. If the current is not normal, check the air switch for phase loss. If so, replace the air switch.
