The servo press's speed change and control have been reasonably optimized and integrated with modular modules. If the servo function is not required, the machine can work like a conventional press. Constant power and travel.
3. Large multi-station press
The large-scale multi-station press that can be used for flexible stamping represents the highest level of international stamping technology, and is the development direction of body-forming parts for press forming. The large multi-station press integrates mechanical, electronic, control and inspection technologies to achieve automatic, intelligent, safe operation, high productivity, high part quality and low comprehensive cost, meeting the needs of mass production in the automotive industry. . Of course, the technology and performance of the press itself have been continuously improved and developed in the past ten years of practice, such as: the stretching station uses variable speed multi-link mechanism, CNC hydraulic stretching pad instead of double action press, field bus. Application of control technology, etc.
At present, famous automobile manufacturers in Europe and the United States use large-scale multi-station presses and cross-bar automatic presses to mass-produce body panels (see Figure 3) to meet the highest precision and surface quality standards of contemporary automotive stampings. At present, there is no large-scale multi-station press in automobile production enterprises in China. The main reasons are as follows: First, the one-time investment of equipment is relatively large; second, the domestic automobile manufacturers started late, and the existing stamping equipment of the enterprise is still in service. This also restricts the improvement of China's automobile stamping technology to some extent.
