Routine maintenance

1. Avoid continuous rise or fall during use. Rising and falling should not be switched quickly and continuously, which can easily lead to shortening the service life of the motor and the hydraulic pump.

2. Regularly check the oil level in the tank. If the oil level is lower than the bottom line, you need to add oil; if the oil color becomes dark and muddy, consider replacing the oil.

3. It is forbidden to rise in the case of vehicles or pedestrians above the road piles to avoid danger.

4. Keep the drainage at the bottom of the lifting piles unobstructed and the surrounding area clean to ensure the service life and performance of the lifting pile components and the waterproof seal.

5. On large ice and snow days, if the inside of the column has serious ice formation, lifting is forbidden and it can be used after being thawed by heating or other methods.

Hand presses the control panel button without action

Causes: 1. Power supply line failure

Processing method: 1. Check if AC220V power supply is normal

The cylinder cannot rise or rise slowly

Reasons: 1, the oil supply system is not smooth

2, the pressure relief valve close

3, overflow cut loose

The cylinder drops very slowly:

Reasons: 1, manual relief valve too loose

2, hydraulic oil leakage

3, hydraulic lock failure

Treatment method: 1, close the pressure relief valve

2. Exclude leakage and add hydraulic oil

3, replace the hydraulic lock
