Haikang Machine Vision Releases New Camera and VisionMaster Algorithm Platform

Hikvision Machine Vision released a 43MP high-resolution camera with a frame rate of 4fps at a resolution of 8032×5360. The camera uses a new generation of 4.5μm chips and a high-quality global shutter CCD sensor to ensure excellent image quality over a wide range of exposure periods. The camera uses a unique cooling technology that allows the sensor temperature to be 20°C lower than the ambient temperature. The camera's superior sensor design, image signal-to-noise ratio, and image quality are ideal for many applications such as screen inspection, SMT/PCBAOI, FPD detection, and high-precision measurement.

In addition, the Hikvision machine vision lineup camera family has also added two 4K/8K line array cameras with a pixel size of 5μm. The stereo camera that presents 3D vision applications, the smart camera that enables high-speed and accurate reading, and the second-generation Hikvision VisionMaster algorithm platform that are easier to operate are all available simultaneously.
