(1) High-performance lead-free free-cutting 2 series aluminum alloy materials: tensile strength σb: 420 MPa, yield strength σ 0.2: 360 MPa, elongation δ: 12%; mechanical properties, cutting performance, and corrosion resistance all reach the conventional The level of lead containing alloy 2011, the product passed the EU ROHS test standards, product performance has reached the leading domestic level;
(2) Establish an extrusion production line for lead-free free-cutting 2 series aluminum alloy products for the electronics industry, which can achieve an annual production value of 20 million yuan.
(3) High-precision aluminum alloy aluminum alloy profiles: Twisting degree per unit length ≤ ± 0.2mm; tolerance accuracy range of assembly size parts ≤ 0.2mm; accuracy range of wall thickness tolerance ≤ 0.2mm; establishment of high-precision aluminum alloy profiles for the automotive industry The production line achieves an annual output value of 60 million yuan.
