What is Coil-Coating?
Coil Coating means a continuous process within the aluminium substrate gets degreased, chemically pre-treated and coated.
The paint, an organic solvent or water-borne system, is applied through rolls. On the opposite, the post painting the coil will be first painted and than further processed.
There are two main types of Coated Aluminium Coil, one is for internal wall (PE coated); The other is for external wall (PVDF coated, including two coats and three ).
Features:
1) Materials: 1, 3, 5, and 8 series.
A) Surface: Aluminum plate coated with PVDF or polyester
2) Colors: More than 30 colors optional, RAL and new colors available upon requests
3) Super peeling strength
4) Applications: Indoor & outdoor wall, Roofing, roller shutter door, ceiling, vehicle, vessel and home appliance and furniture decoration, advertising board regula, etc.

3) Sheet Specification of Color coated Aluminium Coil: Thickness: 0.10mm--1.6mm, Width of Color coated Aluminium Coil: Less than 1600mm, according to clients' specifications
