2. Lifting height selection: The lifting capacity of the machine is expressed in meters per hour. After determining the specifications according to the required prompting amount, check the height series of the corresponding type and specifications.
3. The selection method of the transmission part of the hoisting machine is designed according to the material capacity of 1 (1 ton/m3). When the capacity of the hoisted material is greater than 1, the required height cannot be simply selected. The drive section must be selected correctly by calculation.
4. Taking into account the uneven feed, uneven size of the block and other factors, when selecting the hoist, the margin of lift should be larger.
5. No additional foundation is required for the hoisting machine drive frame and the head housing installed on the maintenance platform. Users can indicate if they want to overhaul the platform.
6. The dust collector flange is provided on the shell of the hoisting head. If the material for conveying the powder is large, it can receive the dust. The material for conveying the dust with a small dust collector can not be used, but the flange hole should be covered with a steel plate. Dust collector users purchase it. When the dust collector is not received, the exhaust air vents are sealed.
7. When using the dust collection equipment, the charged material can be set back into the material discharge side of the hoist to the material discharge side of the hoist. The user should bring the material back to the hoist, and the location and installation users need to handle it themselves. The amount of returned material shall not exceed 10% of the lifting amount (this 10% return material is included in the total lifting amount).
8. When selecting the hoist, the required height is beyond the maximum height in the height series table. The user suggests that our factory can be designed separately. The side is installed on the right, and the other side is on the left. If it is not specified when it is selected, the diagram is shown on the right.

Engine valve – This is the very core of the engine. Often made of aluminum or iron, it has several holes to contain the cylinders as well as provide water and oil flow paths to cool and lubricate the engine. Oil paths are narrower than the water flow paths. The engine block also houses the pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, and between four and twelve cylinders-depending on the vehicle, in a line, also known as inline, flat or in the shape of a V.
Pistons – Are a cylindrical apparatus with a flat surface on top. The role of the piston is to transfer energy created from combustion to the crankshaft to propel the vehicle. Pistons travel up and down within the cylinder twice during each rotation of the crankshaft. Pistons on engines that rotate at 1250 RPM, will travel up and down 2500 times per minute. Inside the piston, lie piston rings that are made to help create compression and reduce the friction from the constant rubbing of the cylinder.
Timing Belt/Chain – The camshaft and crankshafts are synchronized to ensure the precise timing in order for the engine to run properly. The belt is made of a heavy-duty rubber with cogs to grasp the pulleys from the camshaft and crankshaft. The chain, similar to your bicycle chain wraps around pulleys with teeth.
