Abstract In this paper, the influence of grinding depth and workpiece feed rate on grinding surface roughness and material removal method is studied when grinding resin ferrite with resin bond, so as to improve the surface quality of ferrite grinding. An effective way. The single-factor design was used to grind the ferrite. The surface roughness data was measured and analyzed for variance. The surface morphology of the ferrite grinding was observed. The results show that with the increase of grinding depth and workpiece feeding speed, the surface roughness value increases, while the surface plasticity trace decreases, the brittle fracture marks increase, and the influence of grinding depth on surface roughness is higher than the workpiece feeding speed. More significant, therefore, when the grinding process is formulated, in order to improve the efficiency and reduce the surface damage, the grinding process is optimized to achieve a grinding depth of 5 μm and a workpiece feed rate of 10 m/min; fine grinding for lower The surface roughness, with a grinding depth of 5 μm and a workpiece feed rate of 5 m/min, improves the surface finish of the grinding.
