Second, the use of products

1 . Always check the tension of the saw chain. When checking and adjusting, turn off the engine and wear protective gloves. The right degree of tension is when the chain is hung on the lower part of the guide plate and can be pulled by hand.

2 . There must always be a little oil spill on the chain. Check the chain lubrication and the oil level of the oil tank before each work. Unlubricated chains can never work. Working with a dry chain can cause damage to the cutting device.

3 . Never use old motor oil. The old oil does not meet the lubrication requirements and does not apply to chain lubrication.

4 . If the oil level in the tank does not decrease, it may be a lubrication delivery failure. Chain lubrication should be checked to check the oil circuit. Passing contaminated filters can also result in poor lubrication. Lubricant strainers in the tank and pump connection lines should be cleaned or replaced.

5 . After replacing the new chain, the saw chain takes 2 to 3 minutes to run. Check the chain tension after running-in and readjust if necessary. The new chain requires more frequent tension than a chain that has been used for a period of time. In the cold state, the saw chain must stick to the lower part of the guide, but the saw chain can be moved on the upper guide by hand. If necessary, tighten the chain again. When the operating temperature is reached, the saw chain swells slightly downward and the drive section at the lower part of the guide plate cannot escape from the chain groove, otherwise the chain will quit and need to re-tighten the chain.

6 . The chain must be relaxed after work. The chain will contract when it cools, and no loose chain will damage the crankshaft and bearings. If the chain is tensioned in working condition, the chain will shrink when cooling, and the chain will damage the crankshaft and bearing.

Third, the use of oil

1. Gasoline can only use unleaded gasoline above 90 . When adding gasoline, the fuel tank cap and the filler port must be cleaned before refueling to prevent debris from entering the tank. The high stake saw should be placed in a flat place with the fuel tank cap facing up. When you are refueling, do not let the fuel come out. Do not fill the tank too full. Be sure to tighten the fuel tank cap with your hand after refueling.

2. The oil can only use the high-quality two-stroke engine oil. It is best to use the oil of the two-stroke engine dedicated to the chain saw engine to ensure the engine has a long service life. When using other two-stroke engine oils, the model should be of tc grade quality. Poor quality gasoline or oil can damage the engine, seals, oil gallery, and fuel tank.

Mixing the mixing ratio of 3. The mixing method is to pour the oil into a fuel tank that is allowed to be filled with fuel, then fill it with gasoline and mix well. Gasoline engine oil mixture will age, the general configuration should not exceed one month's usage. Special attention should be paid to avoid direct contact between gasoline and skin, and to avoid the gas that is emitted by the breathing gasoline.

Fourth, technical maintenance

1. The newly manufactured machine should be in the running-in period from the start of use until the third filling time. Do not allow the engine to run without load at high speed in order to avoid extra load on the engine during running-in. In the running-in phase, all the movable parts must be adjusted to each other, and there is a large frictional resistance between the driving parts. The general chain saw engine reaches its maximum power after 5 to 15 fillings.

2. After working for a long period of time at full load, let the engine idle for a short period of time so that most of the heat is removed by the cooling airflow, so that the components of the drive (ignition device, carburetor) will not cause adverse consequences due to heat accumulation.

3. Air filter maintenance. Set the damper to the choke position to prevent dirt from entering the intake pipe. Place the foam filter in a clean non-flammable cleaning solution (such as hot soapy water) and allow to dry. Change the felt filter, lightly tap or blow it when it is not too dirty, but you cannot clean the felt filter. Note that the damaged filter element must be replaced. When installing, care should be taken to fit the felt filter with the marked side inward into the filter housing.

4 spark plug inspection. If there is insufficient engine power, start-up difficulty or idling failure, first check the spark plug. Clean the contaminated spark plug and check the electrode distance. The correct distance is 0.5 mm. Adjust if necessary. To avoid sparking and fire hazards, if the spark plug has a separate joint, be sure to screw the nut onto the thread and tighten it so that the spark plug plug is tightly pressed against the spark plug.

V. Machine storage

If you do not use it for more than 3 months, keep it as follows.

1. Vent the fuel tank in a ventilated area and clean it.

2. Put the carburetor dry, otherwise the carburetor pump membrane will stick and affect the next startup.

3. Remove the saw chain and guides, clean and inspect.

4. Thoroughly clean the entire machine, especially the cylinder fins and air filters.

5. If using chain lubricating oil, fill the oil tank.

6. Keep the machine in a dry and safe place to prevent it from being touched by other people (such as children).

Safety operation regulations

1. Wear uniforms and wear appropriate protective equipment, such as helmets, protective glasses, gloves, work shoes, etc., as required. Wear brightly colored vests.

2. The engine should be turned off during transportation.

3. The engine must be turned off before refueling. When there is no fuel in the heat engine during operation, it should be stopped for 15 minutes and the engine should be refueled after cooling.

4. Check the operating safety status before starting.

5. When starting, you must keep a distance of more than three meters from the refueling point. Do not use in a closed room.

6. Do not smoke when using the machine or near the machine to prevent fire.

7. When you work, you must use two hands to hold the machine steady. You must stand firmly and pay attention to the risk of slipping.
