2) For the separate bearings; it is necessary to mark the end faces of each ferrule. However, it is also allowed to mark the bearing code and the manufacturer code (or trademark) at an interval of 180Â° on the end face of a ferrule.
3) When several types of bearings use the same ferrule; the code of these bearings can be marked on the end face of the ferrule; perhaps the chemical method is used to add the mark.

[Example] When the bearings NU2C4, NJ204 and RNU204 use the same outer ring; they can be on the outer ring end face; marked with "NU-NJ-RNU204"; some "204" together can be marked by mechanical method.
(3) The mark font and the font height font should conform to the rules of the manufacturer's product design. The word height is selected according to the following heights: 0.5, 0.7, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5mm. If necessary; can be in accordance with the rules of the product drawings; the same bearing can be used with different sizes of fonts; the height should be able to use two standards near each other.
(4) Marking requirements 1) Markings need to be complete and intact.
2) The handwriting must be regular and clear, and the lines should be uniform in thickness. The handwriting should have a certain depth. For the electric erosion method, the word height is less than or equal to 1mm; the word depth must not be less than 0. 003mm, and the word height is greater than lmm but less than or equal to 2 5mm; its word depth shall not be less than 0. 005mm, the word height is greater than 2. 5mm; its word depth shall not be less than 0. 01mm.
3) Mark the diameter of the middle circle; aliquots and fonts must not have a visually visible offset.
4) Marking font, symbol shape, word width, line width and inter-word spacing should conform to the rules of the manufacturer's product design.
5) The bearing parts shall be outside the drawings and the relevant documents shall be marked; there shall be no other marks.
6) When the subscriber has special needs; can negotiate with the manufacturer; select the required marking method and mark content according to the skill requirements of the negotiation.
