When the gas in the dining hall is used, the gas pressure in the pipe is obviously lowered, resulting in unstable gas pressure, which does not meet the requirements of the gas pressure of the burner, so the pressure switch operates. Downtime protection. Solution: Re-adjust the pressure of the pressure switch, adjust the pressure by 1/4 turn counterclockwise to reduce the pressure to about 25mpa. After the adjustment, the fault no longer occurs.

2. Fault phenomenon: gas boiler does not work, no action

There are many reasons for this failure, and there are electrical and piping systems. Electrical: The fuse fu1 or fu2 is blown or there is a certain point in the power supply line to make the control loop power supply abnormal and can not work. Observe the power indicator hl1 or use the multimeter AC voltage file to measure the control loop fuse fu2 output No. 1 The voltage between the line and the line 2 should be about 220v. In the automatic control mode, the timer is damaged and there is no output to make the circuit inoperable. If the selector switch sa1 is placed manually, the boiler can work. The measuring timer power input should have 220v voltage. When the set time is reached, there should be corresponding output. If there is no output, it can be judged that the timer is damaged. Pipeline: Even if the timer is normal and there is a corresponding output, the boiler will not work if the cold water pipe cannot enter the cold water. In the case where the cold water pipe cannot enter the cold water, it should be determined that there is water in the water pipe, then observe whether the cold water indicator hl3 is on, and measure whether the cold water solenoid valve yv1 coil has input voltage, and it is determined that the cold water solenoid valve is damaged or cold water. The tube is blocked by foreign matter.

3. Fault phenomenon: the water in the insulation tank is full of boilers and does not stop boiling water.
