1. The UQZ float ball level controller uses a non-standard convex flange to connect with the controlled vessel. The user should install the corresponding docking flange (flange B) during installation (see the figure below)
2. Float level controller is installed horizontally, UQK-03 float level controller is installed vertically (see the figure below), (Flange B) is the non-controlled vessel and (Flange A) is not Standard connector, the user configures the corresponding size according to the drawings. When the flange is connected to the controlled container, pay attention to the 6-M10 direction on the flange.
3. The setting of the action range of the float level controller is graded adjustment, and the maximum operating range is 550mm. Action range adjustment method: Adjust the relative positions of the upper and lower set screws on the sector lever (change the float swing radius).
4. When the float ball level controller is installed, because the float ball diameter is larger than the flange hole diameter, the container cover should be removable;
The setting of the action range of the float level controller is stepless adjustment, the standard maximum operating range is 1000mm; other lengths need to be ordered.
Precautions:
1, the model controller is a non-waterproof structure, should not be used in outdoor open space;
2, in the installation should be a reliable grounding of the metal shell (usually can be connected to the flange) to ensure the safety of electricity;
3, the controlled medium should not have magnetic impurities, and the liquid level fluctuation frequency can not be too large;
4, the use of the instrument should be checked regularly;
5. The controller is guaranteed for 18 months from the date of shipment. All product quality problems, the factory responsible for quality problems, the factory responsible for timely repair or replacement.
