Projects and contents of minor repair, intermediate repair and overhaul of three-phase asynchronous motors
Minor repair items: 1) The motor is blown and cleaned for general inspection. 2) Replace the local brush and spring and adjust. 3) Clean the collector ring, inspect and handle the damage of the local insulation, and repair it. 4) Clean the bearings, check and change the oil. 5) Handle the local insulation fault of the winding, carry out the work of winding binding reinforcement and wrapping lead insulation. 6) Tighten all the screws. 7) Handle loose wedges and tooth end plates. 8) Adjust the fan, fan cover, and reinforcement.
Medium repair project: 1) Contains all minor repair project content. 2) Clean and clean the motor, replace the local coil and repair the insulation of the reinforcing winding. 3) Motor disassembly check, handling loose coils and wedges, and fastening parts for each part. 4) Scrape the bearing bush, partially repair the bearing bush, and replace the insulating gasket of the sliding bearing bush. 5) Replace the magnetic wedge to strengthen the winding end insulation. 6) Replace the rotor ferrules, handle loose parts, and perform spot welding reinforcement. 7) The rotor is subjected to a dynamic balance test. 8) Improve the structure of mechanical components and install and debug them. 9) Repair the collector ring, turn the copper ring, and grind the machining. 10) Do inspection tests and analytical tests.
Overhaul project: 1) Contains all the contents of the mid-maintenance project. 2) The windings are all rewinded and updated. 3) Copper cage rotor bars are all updated, welded and tested. 4) All aluminum cage rotors should be changed to copper cages or all new aluminum strips should be replaced.
Maintenance cycle of three-phase asynchronous motor
Class 1: J, JD, Y, JB, YSQ, JSQ series and other similar models of motors, continuous operation of small and medium cage motors: overhaul: 7 to 10 years; medium repair: 2 years; minor repair: 1 year.
Class 2: JR, JRQ, YR, YRQ series and other similar models of motors, continuous operation of small and medium-sized wound rotor motors: overhaul: 10 to 12 years; medium repair: 2 years; minor repair: 1 year.
Category 3: Short-term repeated operation, frequent braking of the motor: overhaul: 3 to 5 years; medium repair: 2 years; minor repair: 0.5 years.
Category 4: AC converter unit, prime mover, rolling steel asynchronous motor, and large and medium asynchronous motor: overhaul: 20 to 25 years; medium repair: 4 to 5 years; minor repair: 0.5 years.
