Third, the correction value should appropriately exceed the bending value of the shaft to eliminate the effect of the springback deformation of the shaft after removing the straightening force;

Fourth, in the straightening, after adding the straightening force, it is necessary to stay for a while, and at the same time, the surface of the shaft is gently tapped along the axial surface with a small lead hammer to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation after straightening. ;

Fifth, during the straightening process, the bending value of the shaft is continuously measured until it meets the standard. That is, when the axis is Φ200-300, the bending value should not exceed 0.06mm. After straightening the shaft, the bending value must not exceed 0.1-0.15mm.

As the main force-receiving part of the crusher, the main shaft is checked and optimized by the traditional method, and the process is complicated and cumbersome. The technicians provide a reliable basis for redesign and modification through the tracking and service of the various products to the crushed and broken materials. According to the analysis results, the performance is evaluated, and based on this, a reasonable structural size is obtained. After optimization, the spindle quality of the hammer crusher is reduced, and the strength and rigidity are ensured.
