This certificate is not available to the public when purchasing new furniture. Instead, the seller will not issue the old furniture after recycling it. However, most of the current furniture from the order placement to the manufacturer generally takes more than 20 days, plus the waiting time for the mall, the entire cycle is expected to be about 30 days. The pilot time is only from November 1st to November 30th.
In this regard, the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Commerce Commission said that the deadline for issuing old-for-new certificates is January 20 next year. The deadline for receiving subsidies is January 31. Consumers only need to buy new furniture before November 30, and in January. You can receive the subsidy after completing the old link 30 days ago.
