1. Please use sufficient power. Night vision camera power calculation method: How many infrared lamps are used first? For example, the KL-5975 series is 45 16ML high-power infrared lamps with a diameter of 8 mm, and 45 batteries are divided into 7 groups. The power consumption of each group is about 90-100 mA. The power consumption is about 700mA, plus 110mA of CCD board, which is about 810mA in total. The required power supply is: 810mA*1.3=1053mA, which is 1A. Insufficient power will affect night vision.

2, in the choice of power supply must choose the power adapter of well-known manufacturers, it is best to use the national 3C certification products, many workshop small factory products in order to reduce costs, most of the use of refurbished parts production, because many components have arrived or near life The limit, the use time is not long, there will be damage or power drop phenomenon, and there is such a power adapter filter and voltage regulator circuit part is very simple, or even not, when the mains voltage fluctuation is large, it is difficult to guarantee to provide stability to the camera, etc. The clean power supply makes it easy to burn down the camera and other equipment, which greatly increases the cost of the after-sales service of the engineer and even affects the reputation.

3. In the rural environment, please use the switching power supply. The reason is that the rural mains voltage is low. In some areas, it is even less than AC180V. The primary voltage is too low, resulting in insufficient secondary output. The DC output is difficult to guarantee 12V, and the working voltage of the camera movement is 12V. ±10%, the power supply voltage is insufficient, which will cause the camera to freeze (the image disappears after a short time, the image is restored after the power is reinserted, the image disappears after a long time), and the camera is burnt down due to long-term low voltage operation.

4, centralized power supply, please ensure sufficient line diameter of the power line, so as to avoid the supply voltage and current is insufficient due to the wire diameter is too small (calculation method: the national standard 1 square copper wire can pass the current of up to 3A, and a night vision of 40 meters or more The power consumption of the camera should be around 1.0A), which affects the normal performance of the camera.

5. Please use the national standard video cable. The non-standard cable material is poor (non-oxygen-free copper), which will increase the impedance and attenuate the intensity of the video signal, resulting in blurred image. Secondly, the non-standard cable shielding net is mostly not pure. Copper material, not easy to solder, it is easy to fall off, it is easy to cause troubles. In addition, please use the national standard BNC connector of the regular manufacturer, it must be pure copper material (gold plating on the core surface), otherwise it will cause virtual connection due to lack of elasticity or difficult soldering, resulting in unnecessary after-sales service and affecting reputation.

6. China has entered the meteorological period of thunderstorms. In the design of engineering schemes, full consideration should be given to lightning protection. Customers may not adopt them, but we must not speak first, so as to avoid disputes afterwards. Even if the customer does not adopt it, after the construction personnel enter the site, we should first measure whether the power supply of Party A has good grounding, and whether the polarity of the main power is in line with the wiring principle of the left zero right fire; Grounding protection, do not ignore (most of the rear panel of the host has reserved the bottom wire terminal); even if the video circuit design has anti-surge design, it must be grounded, otherwise the surge is unfavorable and the same equipment is harmful.

7. It is recommended to use a better hard disk recorder and capture card to ensure video playback. In the selection of video equipment, it is necessary to actively communicate with customers to understand the real needs of customers, so as to avoid troubles caused by the customer's expectations during project acceptance. At present, there are four kinds of video playback effects on the market: CIF, HalfD1, non-real-time D1 and D1. The CIF effect is better when playing back small pictures. When the image is enlarged, there will be blur or mosaic phenomenon due to fewer pixels; HalfD1 is twice. The CIF effect is better than the CIF effect when the image is zoomed in; the large screen can be kept clear when the non-real-time D1 effect is played back, but the image is incoherent; the D1 effect is four times the CIF effect, regardless of the small screen or the large screen due to the high pixel playback. The effects are ideal. The D1 effect is called the primary broadcast level effect. At present, the video recording effect has been developed to the D4 effect, but the security industry only designs the D1 effect at this stage. These common senses must be understood to avoid misunderstandings with customers.

8, three common compression formats of video recorders, capture cards

For example, at Bitrate100kbps, H.264 is about 3dB (about 2 times) better than MPEG4, and about 10dB better than MJPEG (about 10). In other words, H.264 can store 2 times longer than MPEG4 and 10 times more than MJPEG before storing the same quality and speed. That is to say, under the same Bitrate, the bandwidth occupied by MPEG4 and MJPEG transmissions is twice and 10 times that of H, 264, respectively.
